Xscape, located at Braehead, has fun for the whole family, restaurants, bars, arcades, shops and fun activities including a cinema, golf, bowling and football. A must see place full of entertainment. Xscape Braehead is easily accessible from Glasgow City Centre Station by transferring to Paisley Gilmour St then short journey Direct to Xscape only 4 miles away.

Glasgow Climbing Centre
Another of the more exciting things to do in Glasgow is try your hand at climbing! Get vertical on a variety of surfaces from ground level to 12m (40ft) inverted lead climbs. If you're already a climber, you'll appreciate the relaxed atmosphere combined with constantly changing variety and challenge. If you've never climbed before, the Glasgow Climbing Centre is your gateway to a whole new world.

Glengoyne Distillery
The Distillery is about 30 minutes drive from Glasgow and guided tours start at £5.50. The tour takes about 45 minutes and shows you the distillation process. The price includes a tasting of the 10 year old single malt whisky. Like most other distilleries they give you a rebate if you buy from the gift shop.
Glengoyne also offers more in depth distillery visits, including the Master Blender tour where guests can create their very own blended whisky.
